Input

First make sure the input is working. You can use any of the available inputs. If you can see a working preview, continue with the next step.

FreeTrack game output

You can use the FreeTrack output with Arma 3.

  1. Open HeadTrack.
  2. Set output to FreeTrack.

Set up Arma 3

Now that HeadTrack is configured properly, see below how to configure your game.

  1. Open Arma 3
  2. Head tracking should now work in Arma 3. If not, please let us know.

Tweak HeadTrack settings

To improve head tracking, you can customise the settings in HeadTrack. For example, change the smoothing, sensitivity, or create a custom curve.
